New Feature on the Donore Mobile App

If you are used to calling us over the phone to make payments with your debit card or typically come in to the office to pay off your loans or add money into your shares, you can now do so quick & easy through the Donore Mobile App.

You need to be registered for online banking in order to make payments on the Donore App.

To register for Online Access, you need to follow the steps:

1. Click the ‘Register Now’ button in top right corner on the homepage (blue box) or alternatively click the link Here
2. Complete all the details in the form.
3. Click the ‘Submit Form’ button.
4. A member of staff will contact you on the telephone number provided in the form to verify your identity and complete the registration process.
5. A PIN will be sent to your address securely by post.

If you have any questions, want to sign up for online banking or if you would like us to show you how it works, ask our member of staff in the branch and they would gladly help you out.

Step-to-Step Guide to App Payments

1. Select Card Payments
2. Enter your Details
3. Select the Accounts you would like to pay (Loans, Shares, Budget Acc, Christmas Acc or Deposit A)
4. Double check the details and click Confirm
5. Enter the card details and you are all set!
