Annual General Meeting

2025 Annual General Meeting

The 2025 Annual General Meeting of Donore Credit Union Limited took place on Tuesday 27th January 2026 at 7pm in Griffith College, South Circular Road, Dublin 8. Thank you to all our members who attended the AGM.

As part of our continued commitment to sustainability, Donore Credit Union is taking steps to reduce the environmental impact of our AGM materials.

Instead of issuing printed copies of the Annual Report to all members by post, we are encouraging a more environmentally friendly approach by sharing the report by email, typically in January each year. This helps us reduce paper use and postage - we will always have hard-copies available in the office and members can request a hard-copy by post if they wish.

What is an AGM?

An Annual General Meeting, or AGM, is an important event in the Credit Union calendar where members come together to review the previous year, hear updates and have a say in the future direction of their Credit Union.

At Donore Credit Union’s AGM, members receive updates on our financial performance, community activity, achievements and future plans. It is also an opportunity for members to ask questions, vote on key matters, elect Board members and approve items such as dividends or rebates where applicable.

As a member-owned, not-for-profit financial institution, Donore Credit Union is guided by its members. Your voice matters and the AGM gives you the opportunity to take part in the democratic process that makes Credit Unions different.

The AGM is more than a meeting.
It is your chance to stay informed, get involved and help shape the future of your Credit Union.
