Members wishing to attend the AGM are welcome to join us in person on the night, no pre-registration is required.

The Annual General Meeting (AGM) is an important event for you as an owner of the credit union. You have the opportunity to review the year’s financial and social impact performance. You have the opportunity to shape the future of the Credit Union by electing board members. You have the opportunity to hear updates on your credit union’s community involvement and future plans, and an opportunity to vote on key matters, ask questions and participate in the democratic process that makes credit unions unique.

As part of our ongoing commitment to sustainability, we are taking steps to reduce the environmental impact of our AGM materials. Rather than posting printed copies of the Annual Report to all members, we are encouraging a more environmentally friendly approach.

What is an AGM?

An Annual General Meeting (AGM) is a key event in the Credit Union calendar where members come together to review the year's progress, make important decisions, and shape the future of their Credit Union.

At the AGM, we present updates on Donore Credit Union’s financial performance, community impact, and future plans. Members have the opportunity to ask questions, vote on key matters such as the election of Board members, and approve dividends or rebates.

As a member-owned, not-for-profit financial institution, your voice plays a vital role in guiding our direction. The AGM is not just a meeting—it’s a chance to participate in the democratic process that sets Credit Unions apart. Join us to make your voice heard!
