Annual General Meeting

Notice is hereby given that the 2025 Annual General Meeting of the members of Donore Credit Union Limited will take place on – Tuesday 27th January 2026 at 7pm in Griffith College, South Circular Road, Dublin 8.

Members wishing to attend the AGM are welcome to join us in person on the night, no pre-registration is required.

In alignment with our commitment to sustainability and environmental responsibility, we have taken a conscious step to reduce the environmental footprint associated with our AGM materials. This year, instead of printing and posting physical copies of the Annual Report booklets to all members, we are encouraging a more sustainable approach.
The Annual Report booklets will be available for download on our website in January 2026, ensuring easy access at your convenience.

Additionally, for those who prefer a physical copy, we are more than happy to provide one on request. You can request a copy by emailing us at info@donorecu.ie or feel free to collect a copy directly from our office. By choosing this eco-friendly path, we contribute to the reduction of paper consumption and promote a more sustainable future.

What is an AGM?

An Annual General Meeting (AGM) is a key event in the Credit Union calendar where members come together to review the year's progress, make important decisions, and shape the future of their Credit Union.

At the AGM, we present updates on Donore Credit Union’s financial performance, community impact, and future plans. Members have the opportunity to ask questions, vote on key matters such as the election of Board members, and approve dividends or rebates.

As a member-owned, not-for-profit financial institution, your voice plays a vital role in guiding our direction. The AGM is not just a meeting—it’s a chance to participate in the democratic process that sets Credit Unions apart. Join us to make your voice heard!
