Our Green Home Improvement Loans are available for home energy upgrades or deep retrofits. This includes any type of work that improves the energy (BER) rating of your home such as solar panels, insulation, new doors or windows, heat-pumps, smart energy controls, boilers, etc.

Grant support of up to €35,000 per home is available from the Sustainable Energy Authority of Ireland (SEAI) for deep retrofit works on homes built pre-2011.
